Guitar & amp maintenance & repair

We have secured the services of one of Scotland’s BEST repair and maintenance techs John Philips. John has been setting up and repairing guitars, fixing and building amps for years. He even writes reviews for guitar magazines. If you need to know anything about equipment this is the guy to talk to. He’ll be around The Sound Station at least once a month to fix any problems you my have with you equipment.

Guitar rebuild (that’s broken necks, the lot).
New pick ups.
Amp repair tube or solid state.
Speaker repair or replacement.
Foot pedal repair.

Standard set up for guitar with strings £35 - £30 if you provide strings

Most other jobs have to be looked at first before a price can be given for repair. A repair will not be done without your agreement.
